Yes indeed, that video shows the rattle call right around 50 seconds. That crow is doing a lot of typical cawing. When they do the rattle, it is often woven into a string of typical cawing.
Aother sound I hear from crows is something like a choking sound. It is very complex and out of control sounding. I have actually seen one crow that was doing that sound, and he did appear to be wrenching and choking. I don't know what that is all about. It is a very common crow sound in early summer. It almost seems like it is a sound made by only the baby crows of the season.
