I should have looked at the Red Mountain web site. There are links there for 2 of our projects, the Pacific Mine Boarding House:

and though we didn't do the outhouse work on the Silver Ledge, we did stabilize the main head frame.
The reason Ouray and Silverton joined to form the Red Mountain Project was a desire to save and stabilize the remaining historic structures. It ended up being a $14 million dollar federally sponsored project and the Red Mountain District was named one year during this as one of the 11 most endangered historic sites in the US by the National Trust for Historic Preservation.
