English: Scheme and gradient profile of railroad passing through Marshall Pass in Colorado. Published as an illustration to a travelogue "Vlakem do výše věčného sněhu" (By Train to the Heights of Eternal Snow).

Source 1895 Calendar of Zlatá Praha magazine, digitized by Czech National Library

Author Pavel Albieri (pen name of Jan Mucek 1861 - 1901, Czech writer) unless he copied it from another (anonymous US) source

No author is mentioned specifically. Therefore, it was either drawn directly by the author of the travelogue (see above), or copied by him from another source (most likely PD-1923 or public domain due to anonymity over 70 yrs).
