I found that the same map was reproduced in Robert D.Turner's book "The Thunder of Their Passing" but no credit given to source. The same type of engraving BUT for the Marshall Pass line is in the CRRA#8 "Scenic Line of the World" by Gordon Chappell. He mentions from the D&RG and held in the CRRM Museum Collection. The Marshall Pass map doesn't have the American Bank Note wording at all.
