I hate to bring up thuis point but, Some people are concerned that 169 would be like 315 and would not have moneys to operate after and if restored to oerational condition. Will operations be covered along with restorations grants? Personally I would love to see 169 steamed up but the challenge would be to make her break even with $$$$$ after restoration? What do other people think and how can that be overcomed?
