I don't see ANYBODY at ground zero giving up.
It appears to me that we get more positive news by the hour. Crews are going back to MP319.5 tomorrow. Work is being found for shop crews. Would-be riders are leaving Chama with a smile.
The Attorneys general are about to drop the hammer on the FS. The states are geting close to providing real disaster relirf.
