He wasn't unusually small that I could see. Had a medium to long white beard, overalls, and hat. He was yucking it up with the patrons....seemingly a very friendly guy. I don't know about a brother, but you could be right. Remember I was like 5 during this time!!! The film shows him very clearly. There is also another brief shot looking down the dirt street in Silverton, which looks deserted except for on old gentleman sitting on a stoop with a long overcoat, hat, and cane. This was a different guy, but he sure fit the scene. Being from Ohio, the remoteness of these places was very apparent, and to a large extend some of the places still are, like deep in the canyon along the Animas and places like Toltec and Osier.
