I wouldn't head to Michigan just yet. As of last fall, 464 was still a kit, and final disposition of FRA boiler rules hadn't been decided. Their prediction was that she would run again in 2003.
That will be great to see her running again in time for her 100th birthday. It's a shame the 463 will be out of service by then.
