Re: C&TS ballast operation (pics)

John West's Narrow Gauge Memories has a picture on his website of the old and new track at the 1962 Navajo Lake relocation. The new track was properly ballasted. Don't know of any similar ballast prior to recent years on the Chama-Antonito segment.
