Go to the train rides page on the C&TS website (link below) for an explanation. You can ride the train from either and turn around at Osier, or ride the entire line and take a bus back to the other end. I would recommend calling the ticket sales and asking, I think there are some days that are usually booked for the charter bus tourists.
