Re: engineers caps/hats

I collect railroad clothing and in the 21 century
almost all of the old railroad clothing is disapearing but there are a few left.Roundhouse
by Shawnee Garment,Shawnee ,Oklahoma.They make Roundhouse overalls they still have a pleated
engineer cap the classic style unlike Kromer which
is the balloon style.The Roundhouse comes in blue or striped.It is possible Big Smith still makes a
pleated cap but since Walls Industries bought them out and we at the D&S are not buying them any more they may be no longer made.That was our
engine crew cap.We are using Key now but it only comes in striped.Roundhouse has a web site.Look under Roundhouse overalls.
