It's still all screwed up, the 10 hours uninterrupted is rarely if ever
that, and the 1 or 1 1/2 hour (by choice) call falls toward the end of
the period so it's a myth. More complications when in reality all it would
take is a real, non-disturbed ten hours, and some reasonable monthly. Most
UP crews on long districts make their monthlies easily but die frequently
doing it. The government and common sense travel in different circles.
