IMHO, John, you should go back to your original proposal of several dozen threads ago -
Run a super-authentic one-day afternoon-evening Antonito-Osier round-trip for a limited number of people in the middle of the week. You'd have enough folks already on hand for it to be a "GO", and probably a fair number willing to support the train by buying a chaser's pass for some of the less inaccessible locations as well.
