That's in my neck of the woods. I've heard it called "Wyoming & Colorado, Oregon division", but their locomotive is lettered "Oregon Eastern". It's still running, but just barely. About the only business left is a Diatomacious Earth plant at Celatom that sends out a few covered hoppers, and a small grain elevator at Vale with seasonal traffic. Last I heard, the line was up for sale and they planned to file for abandonment if they couldn't find a buyer. Most of their business is doing contract maintenance of shipper-owned spurs and industrial track, and the OE provides a place to park their equipment.
