210 was on the Silverton mixed a lot in this era. I find it entirely belivable that it might have been used on 115/116 if they were expecting more express and fewer passengers. 1935 is well before the rebuilt cars and, IIRC, the period when lcl was handled in the baggage (ca 1932-38?) cars was underway by then.
