It would be interesting to know where the 04163 sold from and where it ended up.
The Swanson & Horner book indicates that 4516 was a cook-bunk for rotary OY but never had the zero in front of the number during that time. Supposedly it was renumbered to 04466 in Nov. 1934. In 1938 it was reassigned to OM when the OM and OY outfit cars were exchanged.
During an earlier period, 1914, 4516 was bunk car 04516 but returned to revenue service as 4516 in Sept of 1921. That is the story anyway.
