Now how do we add 04163 into the mix? The photo below of what is claimed to be 04163 looks like a dead ringer for the later 04280 and the second 04466.

I have been looking at some equipment records and found a little information.

Car 4163 was converted to box outfit 04163 in 1914.
It was retired August 1950, sold. I do not have name of purchaser at hand.

Car 4516 was taken out of revenue service November 1934. It did not become 04516.

Cars 04280 and 04466 were retired December 1970.
