Ted,
If it's #100 you're inquiring about, Robert Courtnay has some fairly recent pics on the page linked below. Work sessions are held twice monthly; tomorrow, 2/23 is one. #100 is a gas-mechanical unit BTW and about 73 yrs old. The lokey has a 6-cyl Climax engine rated at 127 hp. (Climax engine co was NOT related to Climax Locomotives.) The Climax has an interesting dual-ignition system with a generator and a magneto, and two spark plugs per cylinder. We are fortunate to have several near-identical Climax engines in the SV bone yard. They came from Hwy dept. snow throwers and have been a useful source of parts. Miscellaneous parts like plugs belts etc are available through NAPA and other sources. I've also had some success finding parts through antique tractor restoration sources. Throughout the restoration we've had the assistance of Yanke Machine Co, of Boise. They're the largest machine shop in the state (built the frames for the experimental MK5000 locomotives) and can fabricate just about anything else we need. #100 came to us in a state of delapidation but essentially intact. So far we've been able to acquire or rebuild all the necessary parts.
best regards,
Jeff
