Despite being delivered in Olive Green, the jacket was Planished Iron. Boiler jackets were not often delivered in "green", Planished Iron, like this spec sheet outlines, is the "standard" of the period. So, no green jacket. Such a thing is not historically accurate beyond something done by a railroad in later years, or was some sort of movie paint.
