MY Comments on Original and Current Intent...

Well, this is the first time in the history of the NGDF that this has come up.

Really, the line GP put in "is what is" is pretty close. The opposite of that is "ain't what ain't".

To clarify your point about adults, it really is that we want posters here to act like adults.

Live and let live, anyone knows pretty much what you'll get if you click on a post from someone who posts a lot. If you don't like it, don't read it. Because it usually "is what was before".

The coolest thing about the NGDF is the people who read it and post relevant stuff.

Much of the rest of it isn't very interesting.

And watch your language.

I've campaigned for years not to over-moderate the NGDF, because the group pretty well does a good job of it without having to post a bunch of silly rules about what's OK.

Just behave yourselves and be respectful of others. We'll get along fine.
