Crazy Germans!? Have you ever crossed trails with a busload of Aussie railfans? We had a group of Puffin' Billys up there in 1974 I think it was. They got off of their bus at Coxo and paced the train half way to Windy Point -- on foot! Then they ran back to their bus in hopes that they could still beat the train to Cumbres. Don't remember if they did beat it. By that time I had passed out from the exhaustion of just watching them. I still have the Puffin' Billy tie clip they gave me.
