You mention having both M C Poor’s books.
In my opinion your collection is complete. The 1976 memorial edition is a reprint of the 1949 edition. The Editors Note on page viii details the minor differences between the two editions. In that you have the 1976 edition in your collection and unless a collector of rare, and/or collectible books, it would not be necessary to obtain a copy of the 1949 edition.
An abridged version of the pictorial supplement was published, I don’t have year of publication at hand. While the Rocky Mountain Railroad Club approved that publication it is not a club publication. Again, you have the original in your collection, I would not recommend the time, effort, or cost in acquiring the abridged edition.
