Actually, she looked almost as bad - somewhat better paint & lettering but a phony diamond stack - when she pulled the last S.P. steam run on the Santa Paula Branch in June of 1958. I'd like to see her come home to California, be restored to her appearance circa 1930, and operated on the Niles Canyon Railway and the Fillmore & Western.
