What happened to this building?

In the linked picture in Durango there is a really neat stone building in the background past the gondola. Does anyone know if the building still exists? I cannot find anything in current Google satelite views of Durango that I can relate to that location, but I find it hard to believe that an old stone building like that would have been allowed to be demolished. I believe the 464 was on a track between the turntable and the coaling tower, but that is just a guess on my part. Help!
