At the 9/30 Commission meeting, Commissioner Pete Foster of Colorado said words to the effect that while the Commission and the Management Company will remain aware of the upgrade/requirements of Cascade, the focus must be kept on Lobato and getting it repaired.

Also, the 'suspense date' (which I interpreted to be the completion date) for upgrading Cascade Trestle to the new FRA standards is September 2012.

We've got a little time. :-)
