Is it possible (or can anyone disprove) that this picture posted above is not a picture of dis-assembly prior to rebuild. I have seen locomotives stripped down more than this picture in recent days (463 off the top of my head) that were in no way due for scrapping. Just thinking of the possibility that no matter where the picture was taken, it could be more than just scrap?
