Other questions are where did they go, and where was that photo taken? Forest Crossen says they went to the Cerro de Pasco copper company near Lima, but I've seen information that they only had standard gauge. There was a book that came out a few years back about Peruvian railroads, and there weren't any lines listed in that part of the country that seemed to be good candidates for these locomotives, and nothing like them in any photos or rosters. Has anybody seen any evidence of them in Peru, other than that one scrapping photos (which doesn't identify the specific location or date).
