Weston,
The only projected routes that I have seen maps for are for the line over Loveland Pass from Keystone and the projected spur from Dillon to Kremmling.
As for any extension of the Ohio Pass Line, I have never seen anything except what Poor published in the Pictoral Supplement. The National Archives has nothing in the ICC files. I have seen nothing in the C&S files that the Hart Library of the CHS has and I have never seen anything at the Colorado Railroad Museum, although I have not been through the CRM with a fine tooth comb.
Unless the California State RR Museum has anything, I don't know where to tell you to look. The old C&S files were tossed years ago by the C&S when they moved out of the Johnson Building. I know of a few that went Dumpster Diving when they were culling their records, but I have never heard of an Ohio Pass Extension map being found.
Personally, I have an old Nell's Map that shows the DSP&P generally wandering over to Paonia but no line to Grand Junction and West.
