Google books has some great railroad resources from late 19th and early 20th century, much of it free to download as pdfs.
"Railroad Structures and Estimates" enginehouse section has some general smokejack info and drawings.
"Railway Shop Up To Date" has lots of great shop info and a roundhouse section which has smokejack info and diagrams.
Nothing Chama specific, but good general info.
Also found a neat book on shop "kinks", what they used to call 'tips and tricks' back in the day. Has some nice roundhouse details.
Denver Public Library D&RGW drawings collection - (http://eadsrv.denverlibrary.org/sdx/pl/toc.xsp?id=WH512&qid=sdx_q5&fmt=tab&idtoc=WH512-pleadetoc&base=fa&n=15&ss=true&as=true&ai=Advanced) has 3 Chama shop drawings which you may find helpful:
location of boilers, Chama shp - 1899
shop improvements Chama - 1909
Chama shops - 1900
Haven't seen these but plan to purchase in near future. Collection also has a couple smokejack drawings, one is from Salt Lake, one is generic with no date. Again, haven't seen them but may help.
