Stupid Me!!! Duh, I should have remembered these as I think we may have used some on the stills in the video we did "Last Steam Freights 1968", which included some of Ernies Films that last year, and some stills.
Now back to the question....the video used one of Ernie's shots of the Lumber place in Farmington. I haven't watched it in awhile to remember exactly what was video and what was still images, but I think we referenced the Lumber Company, and the script was that the owner insisted on having those loads delivered by rail, since they were going to send via truck.
I don't have access right now to the editing computer where this stuff would be.
I just noticed the video is not listed under Narrow Gauge where everything else D&RGW is located, but rather in Vintage Steam category on our web site. This explains why some guys probably have a tough time finding it. Here is the link to the youtube promo below. The video quality of this one is not a great as the new RGS show(newer transfer techniques today), but this is a nice historical documentation of the final year of D&RGW operations on the NG.
