"Lindsay's NG Diesels" Would Mr. Lindsay help the C&TS in a time of need? If so, the Shay WSL #12 would be the major draw for a Cumbres to Cresco and Cumbres to Osier service, both fed by bus connection from Chama to keep the town alive. The trouble with this idea is that it might pull all the customers away from Antonito to Osier service.
