I sure could be wrong, but I thought 19 still had traction motor and radiator problems that need to be addressed. IIRC there was also a post here that indicated that it had only enough power to handle one or two cars. This was after installation of the new Caterpillar engines.

Perhaps someone from the Antonito Shop can post an accurate update.
