Rob,

I can't say this pertains to all of their bridges, but I was just there for the engineer school 6/18 - 6/21. We stopped at cascade for a run by and we all stood on a pile of replaced bridge ties that were all notched. I assume that since Cascade and Lobato are basically the same design they both have the notched ties.
