The engine ashes could be dumped on the new spur at Coxo when they service the engine, using a Cumbres base. There is little need for a second engine now that we see, thanks to Rich Muth, the true count of available passenger cars on the east end. They would have to move some passenger box cars over before, and if, any engine is transfered. So far no revenue is being turned away.
