My understanding is that the Dolores Chamber of Commerce and the people behind the restoration of Goose #5 have the goal of relaying 8 miles of track. It's my understanding that they already have some of the rail/ties needed for this effort, obtaining them from the Rocky Mountain Arsenal recently. The reason for relaying the rail northward was to transport people to the guest ranch whose name escapes me at the moment. The Dolores chamber sponsors the depot/museum and they also have a webpage. I can't remember all the details at the moment, maybe someone else can. The museum was open the day after Christmas, however, I had to go another direction and couldn't return there. Maybe someone from that group reads the NG discussion list.
I have volumes 1, 4,6 and 7 of the RGS story. Maybe I should review those volumes.
