Actually, I'm in Seattle writing about a railway in Wales.
WHR: Welsh Highland Railway ("new" 2 foot gauge railway, 25 miles in length costing 40+ million dollars to build over 15 years. It uses mostly UK built, ex South African locos)
FR Ffestiniog Railway (very old, 1860 I believe, 2 foot gauge railway using mostly indigenous locomotives some well over 100 years old. They do however have one USA built loco.
WHHR Welsh Highland Heritage Railway (a splinter group concerned more with preserving the "OLD" Welsh Highland Railway. Also 2 foot gauge.
HMRI the British equivalent of the FRA
WP&Y White Pass & Yukon Railway in Skagway, Alaska
