Interesting. What about United Express? They fly multiple times a day into Durango (La Plata) airport with a turbo prop from Denver. I can hear the distinctive turbo prop fly over our place at Vallecito. My radio scanner picks up United Express as well as "Cactus"...guessing some US Air service. Maybe the US Air service uses regional jets.
I'll have to check as I'd really prefer regional jet service. These seem safer to me since the turbo props landing gear come out of the engine nacelles. Meaning if there is a gear failure, you're landing on the prop.
