I took my family to ride the train yesterday (Sunday). #12 was operating. We rode down from Silverplume and then back up. I was surprised to find out that they no longer back the train underneath the highbridge to 'complete the loop', and while climbing the hill, we had to make a short stop just below the morningstar siding to build steam pressure. #12 was working very hard and there was a very loud live steam leak coming from both piston valve gland packings. The train consisted of 6 cars, and was completely sold out.
