Not an awful lot to report, but the snow is about gone from all the new track and we need to wait for the mud to dry out, then sometime in May work can resume. As for the SN rebuilding, I am waiting for a feasibility study proposal and then we will be applying for grant money for pay for that. With the study in hand then we can go for some real money. The initial report from the structural engineer for the Cement Creek trails bridge is sitting on my desk and it shows both a proposed 10 foot wide x 40 foot long trails bridge crossing Cement Creek, but also the preservation of the remaining SN/SG&N abutment dirt work that shows a railroad bridge and track on Cement Street. I worked with the engineer to make sure the trails people didn't screw up our railroad plans.
