Interesting that the fellow who owns the legal rights to use both the Silverton Northern and SG&N corporate names is an attorney who lives in Silver Plume. He has granted us the use of the SN for our rebuild project just so no one gets excited. Trade names, corporate names, etc., are registered with the Colorado Secretary of State and that registration prevents others from using a registered name without permission. I think this is true in all states.
