oil vs cooking oil to run a loco?

Ok this is a fun one I thought. THe state of NM is in the hole with the railrunner, ok it never got out do to politions thinking they could run a railroad. I got to thinking that the 2926 AT&SF runs on oil right? Could you run it off of cooking oil from a restraunt? I know that would be a lot of restraunts but since we have to be green....... LOL
