Take a look at the other pictures of the Brookville shop and turntable. I count five rails on the turntable, and a couple of the tracks going into the shop have three rails. I know for certain Brookville has built or rebuilt standard gauge, Pennsylvania broad gauge (5'2-1/2"), 42-inch and 3-foot gauge equipment. They have built two-foot and 18-inch gauge equipment as well, and most likely 30-inch gauge to boot. I think that would require seven rails, assuming one rail is common to all gauges.
