Thank's for all the replies on my old C&S #21 photo.it is greatly appreciated! As for what's going on in the photo? I have no idea? The actual photo is very crisp and clear with very good detail. The two men on the left are deffinately the fireman & engineer. The man in the dark uniform with hat i'm guessing is the station agent? Could they have stopped to pick up orders? The old metal signal on the bracket that sticks out from the depot is some kind of train order signal isn't it? There is also a metal pail hanging from the front of the tender. While living in Colorado in 84-85 i made several weekend trips to the mountains from Golden to Central City and also over to Georgetown and Silver Plume.I do remember seeing parts of the old abandoned grade in places but only walked a couple of short streches. Is there much of it left today? Can't wait to get back out there again someday! Thank's again!
