I don't know the reasoning the White Pass is using, but the cruise industry is virtually stopped. And here in Wichita, Boeing is preparing to lay off 40% of their commercial workforce over the next year. Airlines have stopped taking delivery on new planes, no matter what the penalties. It's going to take a lot to turn this around.
