And I'm assuming they're prepared to lay a third rail down to El Dorado, 3 foot loco on standard gauge track is a rough ride. I remember visiting
the locomotive during rebuild and they seemed well along, too bad about the boiler thing but I'm amazed they still have people involved ten years
later. Semi-miracles due occur, the lower end down by Folsom was cut in several places by a contractor to put new streets in for the development
East of Folsom and lo and behold in a most professional manner all the cuts were repaired and resurfaced. The local group out of Folsom is
running some excursion traffic on it and hope to be in Latrobe, up the canyon, this year. All, well mostly, NNG.
