Garrett - With all due respect... I've been following Steve's blog on the progress and it seems like there has been a steady effort on 3 fronts - the Shay, the Arnold Z Diesel and the Tally-Ho. It seems like there is a big problem with both the Shay and the Diesel, so what chance is there of focussing the effort of all hands on the Tally-Ho to get that one finished, then go back to the the next easier to finish project (Arnold)? I restore 60's vintage cars, and I will admit that I often get sidetracked on multiple projects, so I can symapthize with people having interests in one project over another, but it sounds like it's time to get one done so some track can be saved.
