This is the greatest theft of Robert W. Richardson photograph without credit that has occurred and he felt very bad when this was displayed with a big celebration and his name was never mentioned as having taken the original photograph. It was also not the last movement as it was intended to be. The RGS had to run another train a week later which Bob could not follow. As Bob put it, with all the snow on the ground, I would have seen the trails of footprints of the painter in the bushes making his sketch of the scene. I was the only warm body anywheres around except for the engine and train crew.
