Grapevine's problem is they are vey arrogant and ignorant. They have pre-set ideas of what they want to do and not outsiders are going to change that. When they took over the passenger operation I met with the head redneck in charge with the idea of offering my help. 10 minutes later I realized it was a lost cause and not worth my time.
