Lieb Herr Brummbar -
Ausgezeichnet Indeed!
I'm taking advantage of my new high-speed connection to actually look at photos for a change, and am LOVIN' IT!! ALL of your new ones are GREAT, of course, but my favorite is - believe it or not - "Train time at Strassberg". It reminds me of a Phil Hastings photo I first saw in
TRAINS magazine as a freshman in high school. There's a copy of it on page 254 of Morgan & Hastings "The Mohawk that Refused to Abdicate", and I'm sure it will be / has been featured in
Classic Trains reprints of their "In Search of Steam" articles from the mid-1950s, for those whose 1954-56 issues of TRAINS have long since disintegrated.
You are obviously enjoying retirement. Thank you again for sharing your adventures with us earthbound types!
