John;
Much of the ROW is easily visible except in areas where either road construction or flash floods have obliterated it. There are segements that can be driven with a medium to high ground clearance vehicle and almost all of it ATV accesible. George and I have hiked and biked about 90% of the grade between Mina & Benton. There are some really neat locations out there where you won't see another soul all day. The photo was taken on the east side of Montgomery Pass and shows an impressive amount of rock work that was required to carve a niche out for the grade. The second pic is one of the common residents of that area today. Be careful where you place body parts!!!
